Returns

Items That Are Not Returnable
SafeWell Medical Supply does not accept returns for the following items:
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bathroom Safety Products (including but not limited to shower benches, commodes, raised toiled sets, etc.) Pillows, Braces, Foot Products, Topicals, Massage Products, Towels, Headbands, Hot/Cold Therapy
In addition, the following conditions must be met for a return/exchange:
- Items must be in new condition, free from signs of use, modification or damage
- Products must be in the sealed manufacturer packaging, complete with inserts or tags
- Items must contain the original serial number or UPC
- Returns must be received within 14 business days from receiving your authorization, unless otherwise stated
Return/Exchange Procedures:
Before returning a product, please contact us at customerservice@safewellmedical.com to request a return/exchange authorization. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or return/exchange form. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization. You can also call us at (1-847-388-3540) to request an authorization.
Please notate the RMA number clearly on the shipping label. Items received without an RMA number or without the completed return/exchange form may be delayed or refused.
With the exception of shipping errors and damaged or defective products, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned with freight prepaid. SafeWell Medical Supply is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery.
We will begin processing your return once it is received. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. SafeWell Medical Supply reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit or refuse a return if the product does not meet our return policies. Our shipping costs are not included in the refund. We will issue a credit via the original method of payment. If this fails, we will issue a check to your billing address.
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by SafeWell Medical Supply, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will email a label, schedule a pick up, or reimburse you for the shipping charges. If an order is refused or returned to us because of an undeliverable shipping address, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Warranties
All specialty products SafeWell Medical Supply sells are brand new. Each item in our store comes with the original Manufacturer's warranty.
